Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages safely and promptly
- Confirm delivery details including addresses and special instructions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures as needed
- Conduct pre- and post-route vehicle inspections
- Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs
- Collaborate with dispatch to resolve issues and optimize delivery routes
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Reliable and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation tools
