Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Premier Packaging Solutions is seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep, safety, and daily functionality of our facilities. This role is essential to ensuring our workspaces remain clean, operational, and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs
- Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Support facility setup, breakdowns, and equipment movement as needed
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
