Quick Box Fulfillment is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to join our Client Services team. This is a vital position that supports both our internal operations and the exceptional service experience we deliver to our clients.

In this role, you’ll engage with C-level executives, manage important client documentation, resolve service-related tickets, and provide outstanding customer support. If you’re organized, resourceful, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Services Director with client paperwork and documentation
  • Generate, review, and distribute important internal and external reports
  • Resolve service tickets on behalf of Quick Box clients
  • Answer inbound calls from clients and provide responsive, helpful service
  • Provide backup administrative support for the wider Client Services team
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
